As the trip planner for the soggy six group, I can truly say that we hit the jackpot! The best crew, beautiful boat and the most amazing backdrop made for an adventure of a lifetime. You were both so talented as captain & crew - the sailing was amazing & the food to die for. I'll be dreaming about our experiences!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ for years to come! You raised the seemingly unraisable bar every single day. The two of you never made us feel like an inconvenience or in your way. You were beyond professional and your interactions were so sweet. Last week me and my wife and two other couples chartered the EMYSA for a week-long trip in the BVIs. The captain was Caleb Haydock and the chef was Adhika Malhotra. The trip totally exceeded our expectations in so many ways and as a group we attributed much of the experience to our crew. The attributes that made the cruise so enjoyable included: Hospitality - From when we arrived till the time we departed Caleb and Adhika were on point, attending to our every need, be it a fantastic meal, a cool fresh drink or a warm dry towel. I can't tell you how that type of attentiveness made for such an enjoyable experience. Work Ethic - From dawn till dusk Caleb and Adhika were cleaning the boat, preparing meals and readying water equipment for our use. They were moving the entire time making sure we were prepared for our next BVI experience. Knowledge - Caleb captained the boat like a pro. Two of us are boat owners and were continually impressed by his yachtsmanship. Adhika is a Five Star Chef! The meals she prepared were visually appealing and just as delicious. I have managed global sales and marketing organizations for most of my professional career and the Caleb and Adhika embody the attributes that make for winning teams. As an employer, they are excellent ambassadors of your brand. We were lucky to have them as our crew. We'll be back!

Thank you Caleb + Deeks for an amazing trip! We took the family on our first sailing trip. We had an amazing trip! Decks is such an amazing chef! Thank you for the recommendations for the food on land. Thank you for taking us to your favorite spots! The islands are so beautiful! Thank you so Much for all of the amazing suggestions on places to go! The lobster was delicious! We had an absolute blast! Hopefully we will see you again sometime!

Over the pat 25 yeas, my wife and I have enjoyed sailing in the BVIs. Without a doubt, we have never had a crew we enjoyed sailing with or were taken as Care of as well as this trip with y’all. I have never eater as well either. Sailing with four rids under 12 always adds a little spice butY’all were incredible with then and so caring to adjust the meals to cater to the littles. I haven’t ever seen my kids eat as much as they did this week. Caleb thank you for adjusting our plan daily to make each day special for our kids and thank you for setting up all the excursions like taking my kids to catch lobster in the reet off Anegada. I also appreciate you waking up so early to run me over to the island to run at 5 am. As the kids get bigger, I am going to need yall to move to a bigger boat so we can make more memories with you in the future. We cont imagine sailing with anyone else. Thank you again for such an incredible week full of priceless memories. We will be praying for you both that you will continue to make memories together, for safety for you both and knowledge that you are blessed.

1. Hannah's note: Thank you Caleb & Deeks for such an amazing trip!!! My favorites were riding the big roller coaster waves on the nets and snorkeling near Willy T's bar. Thank you for being so kind and making my birthday so fun and special. Deeks, thank you for changing my life with food, now I know there is B.D. and A.D. (Before Deeks and after Deeks). You have inspired me to try and make some new foods when I get home. Thanks Caleb for being a great captain and showing us your impressive parking skills even in the dark!!! Caleb & Deeks, Thank you for making our birthday/family trip so special. We loved every minute! Caleb & Adhika, This has been such a wonderful week! Caleb & Adhika made it all the more special by their always positive, helpful ways! They were especially helpful making sure I was safely in and out of the dinghy - considering my age (78) & ability it was something we worried about but Caleb really knows how to Cha-Cha-Cha! The special B-DAY for Kim & Ryan was honored with them staying up late decorating and baking a cake! Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented! They work tirelessly and always with a smile!

Where do I even begin to describe this trip? For the short version, it was absolutely the trip of a lifetime in every way. For the long version, I am honestly not sure it could have been any better! I want to start off by saying that Justin & I are beyond grateful for your assistance in setting up this experience for us all. Apart from a 9-hour delay in finally getting to Nassau after bad weather in Texas heavily disrupted our flights on Thursday, we had the smoothest, most efficient adventure that anyone could have asked for. The boat was impeccable, the weather was fantastic, and the water of the Exumas never let up on stunning us throughout every minute of every day. We have dreamed for years of sharing this magical place with our friends and thank you again for providing us the perfect vessel for it. The crew. Oh how I could go on for days on how perfect Caleb & Adhika are. Standing on the dock at the end of the trip, I heard Justin tell Caleb “We would follow you two anywhere” and it absolutely warmed my heart. That was the feeling and sentiment all 8 of us shared at the end of our trip. I speak for all of us when I say that we feel like we were specially blessed with those two for this past week. Adhika has a warmth that is so infectious, and her patience knows no bounds. And her food … again I could go on for days. I have no idea how she managed to provide us with these amazing meals that were crafted with such delicacy and incredible flavors out of that small kitchen every day. The detail she puts into everything from her presentation to her amazing secret sauces was impeccable. She followed our preference sheet to a T, but also gave us many surprises along the way. The chocolate-on-chocolate birthday cake she made for Justin was definitely a fan favorite. She truly has unrivaled skill when it comes to provisioning. A couple of the highlights for us is when we all finally wore Deeks down & she joined us all for an aggressive beach volleyball game & a visit to the swings at Little Pipe Cay. We also loved her cocktails. She makes a mean screwdriver with a tropical twist that we mechanics delightfully renamed “The Impact Driver” for the sneaky punch it packs. Caleb truly has a passion for captaining, sailing and the ocean in general. I don’t think we are the easiest group to have aboard due to our need for constant adventure & entertainment, but Caleb rose to the occasion. Justin & I have been so fortunate to have visited the Exumas twice before and we were honestly a little nervous that we had seen all there was to see. Reflecting, Caleb gave us all new experiences and new anchorages throughout the week. We had never been to Warderick Wells. Caleb placed us in the most beautiful lineup of moorings with other boats and dropped us off at the top of the Cay so we could drift/freedive down to a stunning coral garden there. We had never seen reef sharks. Caleb gave us 20-something of them in an exhilarating stop at Danger Reef. We had never spearfished. Caleb gave us a tutorial, handed us spears, took us out, and we were successful. He cultivated a very personal trip for us, and we cannot express our gratitude more. Please let me know if there is anyway or anywhere else we can express our happiness with our charter experience. We would love to see Caleb & Adhika again for a future charter, maybe checking out BVI next time!

C & A, Wowza! I’m not sure I could ever put into words how amazing you both made this experience for all of us… ● The food- off the charts - hit it out of the park - delicious with every single plate. I ate my heart out! ● The experiences - all the right places, all the perfect places to see and experiences to have. The fact that I got in the water with sharks says everything about how comfortable you made me feel. ● You two as a team - TOP NOTCH <3 Couldn’t have had a more amazing experience and crazy grateful for the two of you for everything. Dear Adhika & Caleb, Thank you for such a wonderful week on Harmony. We are a challenging group to please, given our culinary and dietary demands, our previous boating experiences, and our familiarity with the Bahamas, but you absolutely exceeded our expectations. Your level of service and constant drive to "wow" us with another magical site or an original, delicious meal has made this such a memorable holiday. It is not surprising that the baby pigs, reef sharks and Hawksbill turtles will remain ingrained in our Exumas experience and memories, but it’s the sheer overall beauty of the many spots, and the colors of the sea and beaches that will be truly and permanently painted in our minds...Wading thru the shallow water at Boot Cay beach, the broken pieces of conch along the little sand banks, the dolphins rolling over all around us on our journey up to Highbourne Cay, and so so much more. The atmosphere on the boat is made so pleasant by the smoothness with which you collaborate, and finally, the food: Adhika - you have an extraordinary talent in the kitchen. We were all in awe of seeing you labor away for hours, preparing our meals...and the effort paid off every time. The mango-pepper curry sauce the first night set off a week of culinary delights. As I said, we are not easy to please when it comes to eating, but we loved all your dishes. Caleb and Adi were amazing!!! We really enjoyed the charter and the amazing and welcoming experience that the crew planned. Adi's food and table presence was next level- she made sure everyone was taken care of with any dietary restrictions they could have. 10/10. And Caleb was excellent- he attended to every need and made sure we did everything we wanted to do: fishing, snorkeling, water sports - days full of activities! 10/10. You have an amazing crew here. The boat was lovely - everything worked perfectly!!! Looking forward to our next charter!

What a fantastic week we had aboard Harmony! Our second charter exceeded all of our expectations. From Caleb's personalized adventures, to Deeks' amazing meals, each day exceeded our expectations! Caleb & Deeks- This was our 2nd time chartering a catamaran. We had an amazing first time so our expectations were already high. The surprising part of this trip was that you exceeded those expectations in every way. The level of service and professionalism you provided on this trip was incredible! You made us feel comfortable and made sure we were cared for at all times. Each one of the guests we invited kept making comments about how much they were enjoying themselves. The quality of food both in taste and presentation was amazing! I felt comfortable enough to ask you for guidance in finding the perfect spot to re propose to my wife and you delivered. I can't express to you how much you contributed to make this a perfect trip!

Our family just had the trip of a lifetime!! Caleb and Adhika thought of everything and more!! They truly catered every part of the experience to us. The food, the adventure, the planning, their thoughtfulness was second to none. Every day Caleb’s had surprises up his sleeves and fun experiences for us and my boys. We did some adventures we’ve never done before, including spearfishing. As a mama bear, I felt completely safe, knowing Caleb’s was taking care of us. He was always on guard looking out, making sure everyone was safe!! I even felt comfortable enough to swim with sharks!!! Not only were our adventures so fun, creative and unique, his timing was also perfect. He knew the exact time we should get somewhere for the perfect tide, or the perfect view. Every adventure we went on, was well thought out, and he always had everything we needed and more. Caleb’s passion and knowledge for the catamaran, the ocean life, and the Bahamas was so impressive. He answered so many questions for us, and taught us so much. I will also never be able to thank him enough for teaching my husband and son to Spearfish, definitely a core memory, for them. Adhika made sure we were constantly fed the most delicious meals snacks and drinks, for the whole week (her cocktails were always on point and the best drinks I’ve ever had)!! Every meal was incredibly delicious, different and full of good, homemade healthy food. I personally have never eaten so much amazing food!! We had so many activities that it was important to stay fueled up, and Adhika went above and beyond for everything we ate. You can tell she has a true talent for cooking and hospitality. She definitely takes care of you with her whole heart and soul, and works nonstop to make sure every need for everyone in our family was met. And that’s not an easy task with two teenage boys. We happen to be there during Thanksgiving and her Thanksgiving. Dinner was the best I’ve had in years. She spatchcock a turkey for us and made us the most delicious Thanksgiving feast, we felt so spoiled. She also surprised my husband with an amazing birthday cake!! I honestly do not have one negative thing to say, we are so grateful and feel so incredibly thankful to have had Adhika and Caleb curate such an amazing trip for us. They are two of the most hard-working good hearted, incredibly intelligent people we’ve had the pleasure of getting to know!! We saw and experienced more things on this trip than we have on multiple other, vacations combined. We can’t wait to return and are planning many more catamaran vacations in the future. This was truly the best way to experience what the world has to offer.

Where to begin... This was the most amazing trip we have EVER had! The boat was beyond comfortable and stocked with anything and everything we could have wanted or needed. Bastian and Sarai were above and beyond in every way. They were new to these islands but did their homework to show us all the precious places to see and experience. Then there is the food & dining experience on EMYSA.. No words... We dined like royalty. Each meal was well thought out, planned, and delicious! We had lots to celebrate on this trip and they made it so special and memorable. Bastian and Sarai are a wonderful team and we will remember them and this experience always and forever! -The Smiths

One of my best adventures
5 out of 5 all around. We had so much fun in the water with the toys aboard the boat. Bastian was the perfect captain providing us with the best locations for snorkeling. Vacation of a lifetime
This charter was the vacation of a lifetime. The vessel was perfect for a group of 4 to 6 and the Crew was beyond exceptional! Sarai is an incredibly talented Chef and Captain Bastian is very competent, attentive, and devoted. We would love to take off again soon! -BARSALOU

Hands down the best vacation ever! The boat is beautiful and had everything we could have thought of and more. Your attention to detail, thoughtfulness and cooking is out of this world. The BVIs are a magical place and this will be a week we will always remember. Thanks for helping us send Jenna off to college in style with an epic beach dinner, bonfire and party! This vacation exceeded ALL of my expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left – everything was absolutely exceptional! We were greeted, after a long day of travel, with the most beautiful, candle lit dinner on the back of the boat which was the envy of other guests at the marina. The boat is truly luxurious, a giant, light filled salon with sweeping views of the crystal blue water everywhere you look. So much space you will never feel crowded. The dining table on the back was a perfect spot for morning coffee and all of our meals. The bean bags on the front are perfect for sunset with a cocktail. Gorgeous views from the fly bridge which even has a fire pit! Beautiful linens, toiletries, every detail and water toy you could imagine are available. We really enjoyed the water scooters and clear kayak!! Our crew was incredible! Not only are they very interesting and have so much to share about the world, they are incredibly skilled in their craft. Our captain, Bastian, is clearly an expert sailor and boat captain. I had 1000% confidence in his abilities under any circumstances. Our chef, Sarai, made every meal exceptional with the most beautiful eye and palate pleasing dishes. Full of vibrant colors and the freshest ingredients. Almost too stunning to eat! They took us on the perfect itinerary. Every port more exceptional than the last. They even surprised us with dinner reservations at a restaurant which has now become one of my favorites ever! I cannot begin to say enough about this experience! I’m sure we will be back.

EMYSA is fantastically equipped, we saw no reason for shore visits. Bastian and Sarai are top notch sailors and the cocktails and meals were over the top. We could not have asked for anything more. Each day was better than the day before with snorkeling, kayaking in the glass kayak, and playing on the scooters. We only used half the available toys. The crew made this a trip of a lifetime. Thank you so much for a magical week aboard EMYSA. Our entire vacation was a dream - we cannot imagine a better way to relax. Each location topped the previous, the snorkeling was incredible (even those pesky jellyfish!), and the food was out of this world.
