Tim and Zara Thank you for a trip of a lifetime! You took a fabulous experience and made it spectacular. Of course all the wonderful places we went to were unforgettable but it was the extra special moments and all the laughter that will live in my heart as my memories when I think back on this vacation. I mean, who couldn't plan to swim with dolphins, or be involved in dance parties (with an amazing disco ball and a dance platform) night and day - I will always remember Jen driving us around Anegada and sharing Bloody Marys, then music and dancing with you both. I wish you both all the best as you start your lives together at least you know you will always eat well - since you both are amazing chefs for which we were so lucky and happy to enjoy. What made the trip so wonderful was having the best, most fun and energetic captains ever. Thank you for showing us all of your favorite spots in the bvi. Tim and Zara Where do I even begin?! you made my 50th birthday celebration so memorable. the Hawaiian celebration on the beach with all the attention to detail. I loved the pineapples stuffed with rice and that chicken was some of the best chicken I have ever had! It was an unforgettable evening. The birthday cake was delicious and the disco ball and birthday banner added to the party atmosphere. Your energy and enthusiasm was contagious. "Just jump on the Dolphins!" Night time swims with tarpons and spying on other boats.. and all of the amazing food I'm so grateful to have met you two and the trip wouldn't have been the same without you. What an unbelievable sail on Evenstar!!! Five stars are not enough! This sailboat is amazing! But, what is even more amazing are Tim and Zara!!! You two are the consummate TEAM! You have taken such great care of us this whole trip. We survived the “Tsunami of 25.” Tim was the best leader looking at all the options. We laughed so hard our bellies hurt several times. Tim saved us when we were stupid! Tim-you can do anything! Wow! Zara-you are an amazing lady first and foremost, your heart is so caring and kind and your food is DELICIOUS!! We love you two. Tim and Zara, You said on our boat delivery trip that you couldn’t wait to show us what a regular charter was like with you guys. We had no idea what that meant and it certainly wasn’t a regular charter for us! Yes, the boat was great, and the places we visited were spectacular, but truly what makes this whole dream of ours work is the two of you! I honestly didn’t know what it was going to be like having two people serving us on the boat, but when we see how seamlessly and easily you work together it is amazing. You make what you do seem so easy, which we definitely know it is not. It is that ease and genuineness that really has made this entry into Charter business so wonderful. But, most of all you have become friends! Thank you for all you do, but mostly for who you are. Last night at dinner this verse came to mind, “Every good thing given, and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.” James 1:17 You two are a gift to us! Zara and Tim, Aboard Evenstar, a birthday celebration we did seek, with Zara's cuisine, from feast to sweet treat. Thanksgiving delights, her skills on display, carrot cake magic, the star of the day! Tim's seamanship, steady and true, with e-foil spins and water toys too. Stops that amazed- Anegada's bright shore, Soggy Dollar's rum and views we adore. The weather was perfect, the skies crystal clear, Tubers and centaurs, our bond grew near. Genealogy clues, Bananagrams played, On Evenstar's decks, the best memories made. With laughter, adventure, and memories dear, This trip was a gift, one we'll hold near.
