We absolutely LOVED everything about our experience from the initial communication, sending literally all the details to help us make an educated decision on the 60th bday celebration trip we wanted to have up until the day before we left…they go above and beyond to ensure you have all the details you need; quickly responding; and quite honestly, just excited for our travel group… Then when we arrived in Tortola and saw our boat…WOW!! Gorgeous; big; so many spots to “hang/chill/sun”; greeted by Capt Adriana and Chef Daryl….not even sure where to begin w/ the both of them!!!! They are top notch…Adi is just adorable, engaging, knows her stuff and made our trip beyond magical…Chef Daryls food was off the charts delicious!!!! They made the trip so enjoyable by taking us where we wanted to go and always accommodating our needs…took them out to dinner with our group of 8 to the Lobster Trap, so that they would be able to enjoy an evening off the boat with us…. It was truly a trip of a life time and worth the money!!!! We literally can’t wait to go again…and based off of peoples responses to my stories, I have shared that this was the way to go!!!

This journey has been a dream from start to finish. We are so thankful for the warm care and attention from Captain Adriana and Chef Martin—everything was absolutely delicious. Every detail was thoughtfully cared for, from the bathrobes in the evening and the lavender pads in the laundry basket, to the toothpaste and the goggles. We swam with nurse sharks, barracudas, turtles, and saw beautiful coral fans. We tried the e-foil and the floating mat, played President and Piau Piou for hours, and enjoyed so much incredible food. Our entire family is grateful for these memories—we will cherish them forever. Clex, Matthieu, Arthur, Laxence, Lou & Augustin

Favorite Moments: 1. Adriana’s hugs, caviar, and Pringles welcome greeting 2. Perfect Diet Coke calculations — and those sneaky Coke Zeros 3. Hanging out on the top of the boat 4. Martin’s DJ skills! 5. Super sneaky and stealthy breakfast cabin cleanups before the girls’ trip to the shops 6. Closing the kitchen… but still letting us in to answer endless culinary questions 7. We can’t put into words how much we enjoyed our time with Adriana and Martin on the HouRglass. Here are our top five favorite memories: 1. The purple cave — glowing and mysterious 2. Adriana’s Painkillers and Rum Punches (those drinks were amazing!) 3. Martin’s food (we honestly can’t even pick a favorite!) 4. Zipping around on the e-foil and other water toys 5. Unforgettable vacation with captain Adriana and Chef Rachel. They could not have made the trip more memorable. They provided outstanding service and fun! She always found the best mooring spots for us. We loved having them come with us on adventures to karaoke at Bitter End, explore the Baths, experience Willy T’s and so much more. Captain was so flexible and accommodating. We really appreciated her teaching our son Charlie to sail- she was so patient. And chef Rachel- WOW!! She has such a passion for cooking. So many wonderful meals- we actually ran out of adjectives complementing her meals. We especially loved the salmon bowls, lobster and rice. We could go on and on. Perfect vacation with the all gal crew! They changed up the plans on a dime, made us feel extremely welcome and prepared food better than a five ⭐ restaurant! Took us to all the cool spots. We all got to do what we wanted to and they catered to our young adults too! Amazing trip, Beautiful scenery, sails of a master and artistic and delicious meals! We were all so excited to have a chef onboard & not have to cook or leave the boat! This was a unique week for Sam bringing Martin Horsey aboard in Carrie’s absence, but together they operated like a well-oiled machine. Martin was absolutely wonderful. We kept telling him to stop feeding us so much so we could have a chance to be hungry for dinner! I took pictures of almost every meal & snack he prepared. From fresh poké bowls, to homemade rum cake, lobster Benedict for breakfast or Nutella French toast, our tastebuds could barely keep up. We requested a steak dinner for our last night which he prepared perfectly, & he even rose to the challenge from Chris to make a Doritos encrusted snapper which we all loved! By the end of the trip the ladies were hanging out in the kitchen to watch him work. It was so clear that he loves his job & took great pride in feeding us. He can also make lots of fun mixed drinks & kept our glasses full!

Adriana and Rachael are a dynamic duo, crewing a fabulous and thoughtfully appointed (and roomy) catamaran. Their local knowledge is excellent taking us to some fun party spots and some peaceful out of the way hideaways we couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Rachael’s food was outstanding.
