March 2026 Bahamas
“Good Morning [Broker], We’ve been home a week and are still marveling at what an amazing time we had. Thank you for your expertise and making the process so easy. We’ve never done anyone this before. Your support made it so easy and worry free. First of all the boat is amazing! Beautiful, spotless, so comfortable. Interior decor sooo lovely. I appreciate all the cohesive colours, patterns and fabrics! The bed was so comfortable and linen’s and towels, luxurious! Provided toiletries very nice! Mario is amazing! Such a knowledgeable, thoughtful hard working young man. He provided us with so many options of activities in a day. Basically made our dreams come true. To understand the planning to get to snorkeling in the thunder ball grotto, the lazy river, is mind boggling for us. The beach set up was beyond our expectations. His confidence, knowledge and kind calm delivery put us all at ease and we never felt we were pressured to rush. He physically helped us in and out of the tender (which I’m sure is not easy) but he did it in a way that we didn’t feel dumb . His cocktails were amazing and made with such care and never at any time was there not a cold beer on hand!! Gi, is an absolute darling. We don’t know how she does all she does in a day! The food she prepares is sooo delicious the presentation amazing !! The table settings soo pretty . We tried new things and enjoyed everything . Her bubbly personality & sense of humour is next level. We loved that she took pictures, I started calling her the paparazzi! We don’t know how she prepared breakfast, cleaned & made up our rooms, did laundry, then on to the next meal without notice. Amazing!! By the end of the week we felt like they were our kids and we all agreed we would be so proud of how hard they work and with such pride and passion. We hope to have the chance to have another Mucho Gusto adventure with Mario & Gi next year . Thank you for everything!"

New Years 2025/26 Bahamas
To Mario and Gi - There isn't enough space in this book to express out gratitude for the amazing trip! You truly though of everything. From Planning a fun itinerary to the amazing food & topnotch cocktails...every aspect of our trip was perfect! With immense gratitude, -J Mario and Gi, We had so much fun with you this week. Our favorite parts were snorkeling the plane wreck and the grotto and also seeing the a lot of fish. Tubing with Mario was so much fun and def a workout too. It was so cool to see al the special places. Our dad along with the rest of us really enjoyed the bar on the island along with the fireworks on New years. You guys always had something for us to do and this is truly once in a lifetime opportunity. We are so grateful for Gi's constant laughs and positivity along with Mario's helpfulness and drink menu! -O The service was awesome and the food was great! well, this was our first yacht excursion and it was absolutely, Amazing! What a fantastic boat & Crew! Hannah & Dominic are TOP SHELF and enjoyed getting to know them. We hope to return!

A New Favorite Winter Escape
D+H What an incredible week! Our annual getaway is usually in the Bahamas, but taking a leap to the BVI with you turned out to be the best decision ever. The weather, water temperature, and the breathtaking hikes exceeded our expectations. Your attention to detail made us feel right back at home, and the cuisine was a true highlight, as always. A Jolley 10 Days!
Dom & Hannah, I feel that 10 days just wasn't quite enough time with you! I knew this trip would be epic when our shark whisperer (Grace) came back from a first snorkel with an aquarium of treasures (starfish, conch, baby eels, triggers fish and not one but 2 octopus!). We weathered a couple rainy days with a marathon beading extravaganza of of course a hat beading contest- will remembers jays victory and dom's "Help me"- did someone "Say Snacks?". I did my best to soak up every little detail (bump in the road) in this last Bahamas charter for some time. To say that meals were perfect seems redundant, but its important that you know how gifted you are. We feasted like kings and queens. we couldn't possibly have enjoyed the trip without our fearless leader (and constant good sport) Dom! You are always gracious, and accommodating and we appreciate you more than you know. Leaving the Bahamas seems bitter sweet as I'll miss the turquoise waters and the mangroves, but Adventure awaits in the BVI's and we can't keep Her waiting! Bless you both

Graduation Celebration

Dear Hannah & Dominic, It’s been a fantastic week- so relaxing. Lots of special and different dishes (Tx Hannah) and Dom took us to all the best spots for activities, turtle watching and the lovely blue water and with sandy beaches. A real treat from the cold winds in Norway and all the impossible pandemic issues. Maybe you’ll get to Norway some day and we can show you the beauty of Norway. The two of you work in perfect harmony, and made us feel right at home, the food was varied and divine as was the wine and whiskey. A Last Minute Switcheroo, Part Two
Dear Hannah & Dom, Thank you for making our short two night stay so magical! The food was absolutely incredible, the location was dreamy and your involvement in helping and including our teenagers in the fun made this trip so special for us. We truly were able to see and do so many fun things- from swimming with sea turtles, paddle boarding, snorkeling the reef, tubing, trying to knock down the infamous coconut, the glorious lightning storm with the heart shaped lightning bolt! learning a new board game, playing dominoes and 5-star dining that was out of this world good. So worth all the effort to get here! We know our son Azby will remember this trip of a lifetime as well. Thank you for taking him under your wing. When Doug caught the first fish, I will never forget Dom saying to Azby, “You must learn Azby” in his stealth accent “how to get the fish off the hook and back into the water”. A Mid May Escapade
It seems that every time I write an entry in a 'travel guest book', it always begins with "Wow!... amazing trip!...awesome!... can't wait to come back!..." but this time feels different. Spending the week with Dom and Hannah was like coming home. Where family welcomes you with open arms and where laughter and conversation are plentiful. Hannah and Dom- Where do I even begin? Words alone cannot express how amazing this trip was. The thought and detail that went into every meal, activity and excursion was beyond our wildest dreams. First Week of May
Han & Dom- This trip- how do I describe it? So much sun and salt and new experiences! You two made us feel so special, so taken care of- a true vacation. When was the last time we had one? I don’t think we even have had one ^until now- a completely new experience! The beauty of the Bahamas cannot even compare with you two. And the FOOD- I could write page after page about how stunning the food was. Thank you so much- we are so grateful and hope we get to see you again! An Easter Two-Weeker
Han and Dom, Thank you, again, for an incredible trip though the Exumas. Dom and Hannah! We could not have been "Quarantined" with nicer people or a better culinary Rock Star! Thank you so much for making this last week FANTASTIC. Some of our favorite memories are the water sports (Dom, you're the best tube-driver ever) and the food (seriously!). I'm personally thankful for 'The Four Tendencies' (book in the little library) and the added knowledge and vocabulary it has given me. You know as an Obliger I cannot not write in this book and you know as a Rebel, Steve just won't write in this book, that Brody (our questioner) has thoroughly questioned and thought about why he should or shouldn't write in this book and that Ella (Upholder) has been ready to write in it all day. Either way, please know that you are probably only 1/4 mile away from us at any given time/ place and we'd love to hear from you. 4 Day Exuma Excursion July 2019
To the Impeccable Captain Dominic & the Exquisite Chef, Hannah. I don't think we have enough adjectives to properly describe the perfection of our time on Mucho Gusto! From tendering over to pick us up by the airport (Staniel Cay), to planning the perfect anchorages, to seeking out fantastic snorkel spots both well known & brand new, Dominic, Your professionalism and attention to detail was levels above your years! Chef Hannah, you my friend, have MAD food skills. Every meal was perfectly prepared and an explosion of complementary flavors and textures... A new adventure on every plate. I don't think we have ever eaten so well for so many meals in a row! Mucho Gusto is truly a beautiful yacht and the attention to detailing the planning does not go unnoticed. the smart choices and stunning design elements make her a match above the competition.
