Favorite Vacation!
Thank you SO MUCH for my favorite vacation I’ve had! Y’all’s attitude has truly been amazing. Every meal, every sail, every tour, every bed side chocolate has been life changing. I thought of y’all as part of our family over the last week. I don’t know if we can have another vacation without thinking of you guys! WE WILL BE BACK! Do not forget us because we will be requesting Ellie and James!!! Waking up in the morning to the smell of food and sea water has been great. We might all be saying things in an Aussie accent every time we eat, we might remember James calling Howard first mate, but I KNOW we will always think of this vacation and how many memories we made! How many laughs we had all together, how many “good mornings” we said. We are so grateful for both y’all and the commitment you put on us having a great time! Tedavi will have a spot in our hearts <3 Ellie, please tell us if you open a restaurant, please invite us to your grand opening!! Macy, Abby and Taylor will be there. You deserve the biggest kitchen ever!! James, we hope you sail the Atlantic as safe as possible. We hope you sail the world and live on your kill cord name. We hope you can name a yacht “Kill Cord”! All I know is… we will be back… and y'all cannot forget us! We need Ellie and James as our friends on vacation, and we need Ellie and James as family. We love you both <3 We will always think of you both as part of our family, and we hope yall remember us like we remember y'all.

Fit Right In
James and Ellie We can’t thank you enough for an incredible week! With both of your guidance we were able to find the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. Being in close quarters with people you have just met can be challenging, but you both fit right in with our group and definitely enhanced the enjoyment of our trip. Ellie, thank you so much for sharing your culinary skills with us, it was some of the best meals we have ever had on a trip! James, thank you for keeping us in line and making sure we were able to see all of our wish list. When we make our way back, we will definitely be looking you up, and you are both welcome in New Orleans anytime!

Absolutely Amazing
James and Ellie, this trip has been absolutely amazing. It has been apparent that every detail had been considered, and paired well with our interests. Of course, the details matter, but you two brought them to life. The culinary genius and sights/views surpassed anything I could have imagined. Thank you as well for being yourselves. Such Ease and Grace
How is it possible that each day is better than the previous? Each meal better than the last? Every moment perfect and memorable? Because Ellie and James make it that way. Doing so with such ease and grace, I'm sure that living aboard with people you don't know for a week has to be overwhelming and challenging, but these guys have the love, joy and passion for hospitality. In short they become like family. We will miss them and hope to return. This was a simply sublime week in the BVIs, our first time, and we can't imagine not doing it again, and we also can't imagine going with another crew on a different boat. I cannot say enough about the dynamic and positive, fun atmosphere they created for us. the food was amazing and the trip was an absolute blast. They really enjoy what they do and it shows. AMAZING
Thanks you for the best rip ever. Period. First off, the food YUMMMMM!! I'm sorry I didn't beat my pancake eating record again. Thank you for going out of your way to make this week as magical as it could be. The snorkeling was AMAZING. As my first time ever going to the BVI's it sure was the best it could ever be. the sailing was so much fun because we could just relax and like an hour later we were in the most calm and beautiful places. Also, the sea scooters were the most fun things I have done. I could not stop playing. Your new boat is amazing, the layout is different but we love it. thank you too for going out of you way to make the scuba dives happen and getting all of us set up.

Priceless!
All the planning and hours, days, weeks and months of your sweat that goes into making one week for us perfect will never go unnoticed by our family. Being with the two of you is icing on the cake! The food, the experience and the ability for our family to enjoy one another is priceless. Our family only has a few more vacation weeks until our girls go to college. there is a reason we wanted to be with you again! We are forever grateful to you!

We have been in awe of your ability and expertise in the kitchen, at the helm, and all over the sailboat and ashore. One image I will never forget is Rebecca in warrior pose, positioned to nab a mooring ball. You are both so kind to accommodate our every request and handle our foibles with grace. As you conclude your maiden voyage on Tedavi, we wish you a 2023 on this gorgeous boat, a year ahead filled with discovery, adventure, good health, safe travels, deep dives into each other eyes. What an amazing trip!
We didn't quite know what to expect and both of you exceeded our wildest dreams about a boat trip vacation! From the amazing breakfasts to desserts.. the meals were outstanding. You really need to assemble a "Rebecca Cook Book. The daytime adventures with Heiko were always memorable. He was always so patient and anticipated everything we all needed. We can't thank you enough for making this an amazing family vacation!

Unbelievable!
Heiko and Rebecca were unbelievable! From the first moment we stepped on board we felt 100% comfortable and relaxed. The accommodations were perfect and immaculate (The entire trip!) The food and drinks were exactly what you would want to eat on a tropical vacation. Heiko and Rebecca knew exactly what we wanted before we knew what we wanted. Heiko made us so comfortable in the ocean and gave us a five star snorkeling experience (MULTIPLE TIMES) Rebecca's food was INSANELY delicious and was perfectly complimented with heinous cocktails/desserts. We will truly remember this vacation forever. THANK YOU!

The Best Vacation We have Ever Gone On!
As the father and planner of our family vacations, it is always difficult to plan a trip that all four kids will love. We have been all over North America together and my wife and kids all say that THIS was the best vacation we have gone on. On this trip we got to experience the Virgin Islands. This is experience was because of Heiko and Rebecca. My kids think that Heiko is a super hero. He took us to places in the ocean that were truly amazing. He taught us how to hold our breath for 1.5 minutes and free dive to 25 feet. He even found our lost phone at the bottom of the ocean. He is a real life Aquaman! In all of our vacations we have never had such awesome eating experience and that was because of Rebecca! Every meal, every snack, every dessert were truly delicious. The whole family is asking if we can do this trip again but only if we can do it with Rebecca and Heiko! They really made this trip truly special. We all now consider them friends and we WILL see them again.

Five Stars!
To say Rebecca and Heiko exceeded expectations is an understatement. A nice boat is nice boat but the crew makes it special. These two are fantastic! They made our family vacation so special from the 50th anniversary banner, cups and welcome champagne to the wonderful meals and snorkel trips. We would do this trip with this crew all over again!

The Best Crew To Have On A Boat!
Heiko and Rebecca are the best crew to have on a boat. Heiko was basically Aquaman and found all the sea creatures for us to see! Rebecca was the most amazing chef, I looked forward to every meal the entire trip! The entire trip was amazing from start to finish!

WOW!
This has been hands down our best family vacation! From day 1 to day 7 there was so much to see and so much fun had by all. It was amazing to have such a great duo Heiko and Rebecca! Rebecca had the most amazing meals planned for breakfast, lunch, dinner and appetizers. to make all the member of our family happy with food, is one GREAT accomplishment! Heiko thank you for all your help (and patience) with our crew. All the pointers on breathing techniques given were so helpful. You were the BEST dive master. All the things we got to see and learn about during our scuba and snorkel dive are unforgettable. With a family of 6 it is rare that we all agree but without a question this will forever be our FAMILY'S BEST VACATION EVER (until next year and we see you guys again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this such a memorable bonding family vacation for us.
